This role involves expanding the company's partner network by actively seeking and acquiring new drivers. You will be the face of the company in the field, responsible for building relationships and converting potential leads into active partners. As a Driver Acquisition Specialist, you will be tasked with identifying and approaching potential drivers, explaining the benefits of the partnership, and ensuring they are successfully onboarded. This position requires a proactive, target-oriented individual who is comfortable working in the field and managing direct interactions with new people.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.; Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Driver Acquisition, Partner Acquisition, Field Sales, or related roles is preferred.; Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.; Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.; Comfortable approaching and communicating with new people.; Willing to work in the field and conduct direct partner acquisition.; Able to work independently and as part of a team.; Own motorcycle and valid SIM C are required.; Willing to work full WFO and travel within assigned areas when needed..
