The Drafter & Surveyor is responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing technical drawings, and supporting the planning and execution of new store openings, renovations, and maintenance projects for retail stores and café/F&B outlets. This role ensures all technical drawings are accurate, practical, and aligned with company standards, operational requirements, and project timelines Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years' experience in retail, commercial, or F&B fit-out projects. Experience coordinating contractors and multiple stakeholders. Able to read construction drawings and shop drawings. Good knowledge of interior construction and fit-out works. Willing to travel frequently between project sites.
