Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Specialist Doctors. Source and engage specialist doctors through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with specialist doctors and medical communities. Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with internal stakeholders. Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain an active talent pipeline. Monitor hiring progress and provide regular recruitment reports. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Client Relationship Management, Medical representative, Medical Sales. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with senior-level professionals. Hunter mindset with experience in networking, cold outreach, and talent sourcing. Results-driven and able to work in a target-oriented environment.
