Div Head - IT Operations bertanggung jawab untuk membangun dan memimpin operasional TI sebagai layanan bersama (shared service) bagi seluruh organisasi. Peran ini memegang kendali penuh atas keandalan, keamanan, dan skalabilitas operasional TI yang mencakup infrastruktur, cloud, NOC, keamanan, manajemen layanan, manajemen aset dan vendor, serta DevOps untuk seluruh platform dan aplikasi perusahaan. Sebagai pemimpin, Anda akan mengelola siklus hidup teknologi, memastikan ketersediaan dan performa sistem, serta memimpin manajemen insiden besar dan pemulihan. Selain itu, Anda akan mengarahkan tim DevOps, mengawasi manajemen akses dan keamanan, serta menetapkan standar operasional seperti SLA, SOP, dan KPI untuk memastikan kesiapan produksi dan efisiensi operasional secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee server, cloud, data centre, and network operations, covering capacity, availability, resilience, performance, and technology lifecycle; Lead monitoring, alerting, escalation, major incident management, recovery, RCA, and preventive actions; Manage the DevOps shared service (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, environment provisioning, production access, release support, change control) and define clear DevOps/TechOps boundaries; Oversee access management, vulnerability remediation, and security incident response with the CTO and GRC; Establish service catalogues, SLA, SOP, KPI, and operational reporting; implement production readiness gates and the DMO-to-Operations handover; Maintain asset, contract, license, and renewal registers; monitor vendor performance; coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal; Assess and develop the team, and reduce key-person dependency through documentation, standardisation, and cross-training.
