Deskripsi pekerjaan
Distribution Planning bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola distribusi yang efisien dan efektif kepada pelanggan berdasarkan SOP distribusi yang berlaku serta prinsip panduan dari jaringan perusahaan. Peran ini juga bertugas mengidentifikasi penyedia jasa transportasi pihak ketiga yang berkualifikasi serta memfasilitasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Selain itu, posisi ini memegang peran penting dalam mempromosikan kesadaran risiko melalui proses manajemen risiko yang efektif di lingkungan kerja. Penempatan kerja untuk posisi ini berada di Stagen, Kalimantan Selatan, tanpa sistem roster.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for Managing efficient and effective distribution to customer based on current distribution SOP and guidance principle from network and distribution; Responsible for identifying qualified third-party transporter and proposing to relevant parties; Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment; Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness; Job Requirement; S1 Degree Economy/Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related; Minimal GPA 3.00 (with 4.0 scale); Minimal 3 years working experience in logistic distribution, expert in planning, scheduling of goods delivery (Preferably from Oil or Liquid Chemical Industry); Strong leadership, detail oriented, good analytical skill, good communication & negotiation skill; Fluent in oral and written English; Placement: Stagen - South Kalimantan (No Roster).
