We are looking for a Dispatcher for our Light Vehicle (LV) operations at the Tebo site. This role is responsible for managing vehicle bookings and schedules to ensure operational needs are met efficiently. You will allocate units and drivers, monitor vehicle positions in real-time, and ensure the safety and smooth operation of the fleet. This includes coordinating maintenance, responding to emergency situations, and preparing daily operational reports regarding unit usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and operational hours.
Tanggung jawab: Manage LV vehicle bookings and schedules according to operational needs; Allocate units and drivers while monitoring vehicle positions in real-time; Ensure the safety and smooth operation of vehicles, including maintenance coordination and emergency response; Prepare daily operational reports regarding unit usage, mileage, fuel, and operational hours.
Kualifikasi: Minimum SMA education with at least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher; Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel); Preferably residing in Tebo and surrounding areas.
