DIGITAL MARKETING SENIOR MANAGER

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Senior Manager to lead the company's digital growth agenda. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, CRM, social media, website, and mobile platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and optimize all digital channels, including Paid Media, CRM, Social Media, Website, and Mobile App.

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven initiatives. Manage performance marketing campaigns to achieve ROAS, CAC, conversion, and traffic targets. Build and enhance CRM, loyalty, and customer lifecycle programs to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends. Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns. Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Marketing team while fostering a growth-oriented and data-driven culture.
