Sebagai Developer, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam merancang, memelihara, dan mengoptimalkan sistem berbasis Google Sheets dan Google Apps Script. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan berbagai departemen untuk mengotomatisasi alur kerja, mengelola data, serta mendukung peluncuran operasional di pasar baru melalui solusi teknis yang skalabel.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, maintain and optimize Google Sheets, including designing complex formulas to support operational workflows; Write, manage and troubleshoot Google Apps Scripts (or JavaScript) used to process and automate data within Google Sheets; Collaborate with the Business Optimization Officer to design and implement scripts, spreadsheets, and auto-generation tools that support workflows in new markets and with new clients; Support the implementation of dual workflow systems that distinguish between compliant transactions and special request transactions, ensuring dashboards remain accurate and clean; Assist in building reliable financial dashboards, reporting structures, and automation tools as part of the short-term tech stack; Work closely with a Technical Supervisor to deliver scalable, practical technical solutions tailored to the team’s daily needs; Support a Project Manager by ensuring all KPIs, dashboards, and spreadsheets are integrated into the Trello system; Help with the design or maintenance of Trello Power-ups to enhance functionality and team productivity; Contribute to launching operations in new markets by ensuring short-term tech and reporting tools are implemented correctly and efficiently; Continuously refine tools and systems based on user feedback, operational changes, or business development needs.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience in a technical development role; Strong experience with Google Apps Script (or JavaScript); Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including developing and maintaining complex formulas; Proficient in SQL, able to manage, extract, and analyze data effectively; Working knowledge of Python; Experience working with or creating Trello Power-ups; Strong problem solving abilities with a keen attention to detail; Self motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently; Certifications in Google Apps Script, Python or SQL are a plus but not required; Good command of English (written and verbal).
