Posisi Design for Manufacturing Coordinator bertindak sebagai jembatan penting antara departemen desain dan produksi guna memastikan setiap rancangan perhiasan efisien dan dapat diproduksi dengan optimal. Peran ini melibatkan pelaksanaan reviu desain, asesmen kemudahan manufaktur, serta koordinasi intensif dengan tim pabrikasi. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup identifikasi kendala desain dan manufaktur, pengusulan solusi praktis, serta kerja sama erat lintas departemen termasuk Desain, Teknik, PPIC, Produksi, dan Kualitas di area kerja Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.
Tanggung jawab: Bridges design and production to ensure efficient and manufacturable jewelry designs. Doing the design review, assessing manufacturability, and coordination with manufacture teams; Job requirements; Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or related fields; Minimum 2 years of experience in DFM, product development, manufacturing engineering, or related roles; Good understanding of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances; Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes is a strong advantage; Proficient in CAD/3D modeling software, preferably Rhino/MatrixGold; Able to identify design and manufacturing issues and propose practical solutions; Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills; Detail-oriented and able to work effectively with Design, Engineering, PPIC, Production, and Quality teams; Willing to work at Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.
