Job Description Ensure all project personnel including contractors operate safely and comply with all acts, regulations, laws and client rules and regulation applicable to the contract and the Indonesian mining industry Provide accurate, timely and clear reporting and communication on project performance Manage costs effectively, identify and minimize risks within area of control Build relationships and create an environment for cross-collaboration between departments Supervise projects and programs that provide continuous improvement Communicate work group status to senior management and interface with other departments Manage interfaces and competing resource drivers across multiple stakeholders and managers Identify and cascade best practices across all departments Represent Macmahon and create a positive image of Macmahon amongst the client’s workforce, the community and external stakeholders Lead by example the Macmahon values and ensure they are embedded in the project’s culture Select, manage and develop senior managers in order to optimize project performance Drive the engagement and development of a performance-driven workforce and provide an environment that offers development opportunities to build employee capability Lead and motivate subordinates to reach high standards of performance to achieve agreed targets Requirements
