Posisi ini bertanggung jawab mengawasi operasional gudang dan logistik di berbagai lokasi di seluruh Indonesia dalam industri manufaktur. Deputy Operation berperan memastikan efisiensi operasional, kepatuhan terhadap standar perusahaan, serta mengelola proses ekspor-impor (EXIM) dan manajemen inventaris secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee and monitor warehouse operations across multiple locations throughout Indonesia to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards; Conduct regular site visits to evaluate warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, storage management, and operational procedures; Monitor stock movement, inventory discrepancies, and warehouse documentation; Oversee EXIM activities, and shipment processes; Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations; Identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and provide regular reports to management; Ensure compliance with applicable import-export regulations and company operational procedures.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or EXIM, preferably in the manufacturing industry; Strong knowledge of EXIM processes, and warehouse operations; Experience in warehouse management and inventory control is highly preferred; Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia for warehouse monitoring and operational audits; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or warehouse management systems.
