Adecco Indonesia sedang mencari teknisi untuk ditempatkan di perusahaan Data & Teknologi Multinasional. Peran ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan operasional inti data center dan tugas deployment yang mencakup pemeliharaan, proyek, jaringan, serta keamanan media. Teknisi akan bertanggung jawab untuk mendiagnosis, memperbaiki, dan melakukan pemeliharaan preventif pada server, infrastruktur, otomatisasi, dan robotika. Selain itu, peran ini melibatkan analisis tren operasional, pemeliharaan integritas data, serta kolaborasi dengan insinyur perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras untuk menyelesaikan masalah teknis sesuai prosedur yang ditetapkan.
Tanggung jawab: Support tracking and analysis of operational trends and workflow performance, and identify opportunities to improve operational procedures with direct guidance, such as managing utilization and eliminating non-productive activities; Maintain the security and integrity of data and track various forms of media to identify standard data security issues, such as data that has not been properly erased, in accordance with security standards; Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, servers, machines, infrastructure, automation, and robotics based on identified issues and defined solutions, with limited guidance; Report issues and follow data center procedures to troubleshoot and diagnose straightforward issues with equipment or infrastructure, and apply the necessary resources to resolve identified issues; Disassemble specific equipment that has reached end-of-life through part replacement or maintenance in a team environment; Communicate with software and hardware engineers to help identify and investigate problems; Execute intermediate operational procedures as part of daily activities and follow applicable security policies and processes with guidance; Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across projects or tasks, including Machine Learning platforms and network architecture; Contribute to the implementation of clearly defined compliance programs and initiatives within the team to help ensure environmental and safety incidents are properly investigated, resolved, and reported.
Kualifikasi: Proficiency in the following areas is required:; Debugging and troubleshooting; Data center operating systems knowledge (Hardware/OS); Computer networking (Networking); Data center domain-specific knowledge and skills; Coding and scripting; Machine equipment and component knowledge (Hardware/OS); Team management; Hardware architecture (Hardware/OS); Applied data security (Hardware/OS); Networking architecture (Networking); Data Structures & Algorithms; Networking equipment and component knowledge (Networking); Data center infrastructure knowledge; Data analysis and synthesis; Business operations knowledge.
