Qualifications : Bachelor's degree (D4/S1) in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Management, preferably in the F&B, retail, or other fast-paced consumer industries, with at least 2 years of managerial experience leading a team
Proven experience in building and developing Data Analytics or Business Intelligence functions, including establishing analytics processes, governance, and reporting standards Strong proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms Experienced in developing data models, interactive dashboards, automated reporting, and translating data into actionable business insights
Strong understanding of business performance metrics such as sales, profitability, margin, customer retention, conversion, and ROI Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation, as well as ETL processes and data modeling tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow) is an advantage Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders and management
Proven leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing analytics teams while promoting a data-driven culture across the organization Willing to travel for business purposes when required Willing to work full-time onsite in West Jakarta or Malang
Kualifikasi
