Tanggung Jawab

• Ensure consumer feedback and media report happening in the internet are collected timely, completely and accurately
• Collect consumer and media feedback on products and brands from the internet, including social media, mainstream news portal, applications, search engines, forums etc
• Identify crisis issues from the feedback and escalate it to the corresponding teams timely. Follow up the progress of the cases escalated
• Communicate and extent good relationships with customer contact center and service center to ensure smooth escalation and execution of the cases escalated
• Maintain search keywords to capture the accurate feedback periodically
• Ensure the accuracy of data tagging
• Analyze local consumer feedback on smartphones and derive insights from data
