* Experience in freight forwarding is a plus * Able to work in a fast-paced environment Job Description :

* Acknowledge and process customer bookings. * Coordinate shipment schedules with carriers and operations. * Provide status updates and proactive communication on shipments.

* Handle customer complaints and problem resolution.
