Position Overview:   We are seeking a detail-oriented International Customer Service professional to manage customer communication, shipment coordination, and logistics documentation processes. The ideal candidate has strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/ERP systems. Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or handling customer inquiries and complaints is preferred.

Required Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field. Strong communication skills in English.
