Customer Service for Retail Sales – Full Time Crypto Bilis Indonesia Role: Retail Customer Service / Retail Sales / Office Support
Kualifikasi: Strong interpersonal and multi-lingual communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively; Experience in Customer Service & Operations Management with a focus on workflow optimization; Knowledge in cryptocurrency concepts, wallets, blockchain and digital asset security is an advantage; Minimum 1 year in Retail Sales experience; Able to work on rotational shifts hours (10am – 10pm); Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving; Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments; Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage; Chinese speaking is an added advantage.
