General Summary The Customer Care & Delivery Specialist position is primarily focused on providing excellent service and support to customers. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and handling complaints. Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Provide information about products and services. Handle customer complaints and concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive support. Qualifications High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Min. 2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field. Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Professional and courteous demeanor.
