Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola fungsi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) guna mendukung stabilitas operasional perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup penentuan dan penempatan personel keamanan di lokasi kerja, serta implementasi program pengembangan masyarakat (Community Development) sesuai rencana. Selain itu, pemegang jabatan akan membangun hubungan yang saling menguntungkan dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal, termasuk masyarakat sekitar, untuk mencegah isu yang dapat mengganggu operasional. Posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab atas pelaporan terkait hubungan eksternal, pengembangan masyarakat, dan keamanan.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure the effective management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) functions to support the company’s operational stability; Ensure the accuracy in determining, fulfilling, and deploying security personnel within the jobsite environment; Manage the implementation of community development programs in accordance with the established plans; Coordinate and colaborate with relevant internal and external parties to create mutually beneficial relationships; Build and maintain good relation with community to ensure no issues arise that could disrupt site operational stability; Ensure the availability of reports related to External Relations, Community Development (ComDev), and Security.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree in Law, Communication, Social Sciences; Minimum 6 years experience in related position; Understand the laws and regulations related to mining permits; Understand the planning of CSR programs related to the government, the surrounding community; Good teamwork, interpersonal relation, and conflict management; Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra.
