We are seeking a highly driven Creative Video Manager to lead our video production and creative performance initiatives across TikTok, E-Commerce, and Digital Advertising channels. This role is responsible for developing high-performing video strategies, managing the creative production team, and driving content performance that contributes directly to business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. • Lead and manage the Video Production Team, including Video Supervisors, Videographers, and Video Editors.
• Develop and execute creative video strategies for TikTok Ads, E-Commerce campaigns, product launches, brand awareness initiatives, and livestream support content. • Oversee end-to-end video production, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. • Drive creative excellence by ensuring strong storytelling, effective hooks, engaging editing styles, and high-performing call-to-actions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor creatives, consumer behavior, and TikTok ecosystem developments to continuously improve content effectiveness. • Collaborate closely with Marketing and E-Commerce teams to improve campaign performance and achieve key business metrics, including ROI, CTR, Conversion Rate, Engagement Rate, Hook Rate, and GMV contribution. • Analyze creative performance data, identify winning content patterns, and lead continuous testing and optimization initiatives.
• Build a high-performance creative culture through coaching, performance management, and capability development. • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field. • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Video Production, Creative Management, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or E-Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading creative, video production, or content teams. • Strong understanding of TikTok Ads, short-form content, performance marketing, and consumer behavior. • Proficient in CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
