Responsibilities: Define and lead the overall creative vision and brand direction Oversee campaigns, visual identity, and content across all channels
Guide and manage creative teams (design, content, styling) Ensure consistency and quality of all creative outputs Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches
Stay updated on trends to keep the brand relevant and innovative
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable fashion institution such as LaSalle College, ESMOD, Faculty of Art and Design - Institut Teknologi Bandung , or equivalent fashion schools
- 3-5+ years of experience in creative roles (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction and storytelling
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- High creativity with strong visual and aesthetic judgment
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time WFO based in Bandung
