Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini berperan dalam memahami instruksi proyek serta membantu pengorganisasian informasi proyek secara sistematis. Kandidat akan berkoordinasi erat dengan tim desain untuk melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap karya seni dan desain. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan meliputi penyusunan ukuran, referensi, serta detail yang dibutuhkan oleh para drafter, serta membantu meninjau kain, hiasan, dan material proyek. Selain itu, peran ini bertanggung jawab dalam memantau sampel, membandingkannya dengan desain yang telah disetujui, berkoordinasi dengan bagian produksi serta kontrol kualitas saat proyek masuk tahap manufaktur, serta melacak progres proyek agar informasi tetap terkelola dengan baik.
Tanggung jawab: Understand project briefs and help organise project information; Coordinate artwork and design follow-up with the design team; Prepare measurements, references, and details for drafters; Help review fabrics, trims, and materials for projects; Follow up on samples and compare them against approved designs; Coordinate with Production and QC as projects move into manufacturing; Track project progress and keep information well organised.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel, Costume, or a related field; Good basic understanding of garments, fabrics, measurements, and patterns; Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken; Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented; Willing to learn, hands-on, and proactive; Able to work well with different teams.
