Perusahaan bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang membutuhkan tenaga ahli untuk memimpin dan mengawasi operasional akuntansi biaya. Peran ini mencakup pengelolaan biaya produksi, biaya standar, dan pengendalian biaya operasional secara menyeluruh. Sebagai Costing Supervisor, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan serta menganalisis laporan biaya, estimasi anggaran, analisis varians, dan laporan keuangan bulanan guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen. Anda juga akan memastikan akurasi entri jurnal, rekonsiliasi buku besar, transaksi GI-GR, pembayaran vendor, serta alokasi biaya. Selain itu, posisi ini mengawasi proses akuntansi umum, pajak, dan utang usaha (Account Payable) untuk memastikan kepatuhan operasional keuangan serta menjaga efektivitas sistem ERP/SAP FI-CO.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise Cost Accounting operations, including production costing, standard costing, and operational cost control.; Prepare and analyze cost reports, budget estimations, variance analysis, and monthly financial reports.; Review and ensure accuracy of journal entries, ledger reconciliation, GI-GR transactions, vendor payments, and cost allocations.; Monitor budget realization, operational expenses, and financial performance.; Coordinate month-end closing activities.; Support and oversee General Accounting, Tax, and Account Payable processes.; Ensure accurate tax-related documentation and support tax reporting activities (PPN and PPh).; Maintain accuracy and effectiveness of ERP/SAP FI-CO system transactions and costing data.; Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and related departments.; Lead, develop, and monitor team performance..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.; Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Accounting, or Finance, preferably in manufacturing industry.; Strong understanding of production costing, standard costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control.; Familiar with General Accounting processes, including journal entries, ledger reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial reporting..
