This role is based in the manufacturing industry, focusing on detailed financial analysis and cost management. The Costing Specialist serves as a key analytical professional responsible for maintaining the integrity of product and manufacturing cost data. The position involves calculating and monitoring actual costs, standard costs, and budgets, while conducting variance analysis to identify cost drivers. The specialist will support cost reduction initiatives, review Bills of Materials (BOM), and prepare costing for new products or models. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with cross-functional departments, maintaining ERP-related costing data, and supporting audit activities to ensure process improvements.
Tanggung jawab: Calculate and maintain product and manufacturing costs; Monitor and analyze actual costs, standard costs, and budgets; Conduct cost variance analysis and identify cost drivers; Support cost reduction and cost improvement initiatives; Review BOM, material consumption, and costing data; Prepare costing for new products/models; Prepare monthly cost and management reports; Coordinate with cross-functional departments on cost-related matters; Maintain accurate costing data and support ERP-related activities; Support audit activities and process improvements.
