Cost Control Officer

Job Description: Monitor and analyze raw material, WIP, and finished goods costs to ensure accurate inventory valuation. Lead and coordinate periodic stock taking activities.

Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and monthly management reports using SAP (CO/FI/MM). Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cost simulations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements in production and procurement. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (GPA ≥ 3.30).

1–4 years of experience in Cost Control, Cost Accounting, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing. Experience using SAP, especially the CO Module. Strong understanding of manufacturing costing and cost analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
