Cost Control & Inventory Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and control Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to ensure efficiency and alignment with Singapore business targets Oversee inventory management, including stock reconciliation, wastage analysis, and calibration accuracy

Supervise daily stock movement (In/Out) across warehouse and outlets, including event-based inventory tracking Ensure accuracy of raw material usage and recipe changes, including SKU updates and replacement alignment Manage and improve stock reconciliation process, leveraging system/tools (e.g., Lark form / internal systems)

Oversee MR/PR workflow, ensuring timely processing, tracking, and reporting Develop and maintain dashboard reporting for inventory, usage, and cost analysis Collaborate with IT to ensure system integration and data upload readiness (assembly, inventory tracking)

Support cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Warehouse) in maintaining inventory discipline and accuracy Support Singapore team for finance-related matters. REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in cost control, inventory, or finance operations (F&B/retail preferred) Strong understanding of COGS, stock reconciliation, and inventory management systems
