Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Accounting professional to join the Accounting team at Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group. As a Cost Accountant, you will play a strategic role in analysing, tracking and optimising the company’s operational costs to support better business decision-making. This role requires a thorough understanding of cost accounting systems and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Semarang, Central Java, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Recording, classifying and analysing cost transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Preparing regular financial and operational cost reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders. Conducting cost variance analysis to identify deviations from the budget and recommend corrective actions. Assisting in the annual budgeting process by providing accurate cost estimates based on historical data and industry trends. Conducting internal audits of cost systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments, including Production and Operations, to collect relevant and accurate cost data. Document cost accounting procedures and ensure transparency in all cost-related financial transactions. Use accounting software to efficiently input, process and report cost data. Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance or a related field. At least 3–5 years’ experience working in Cost Accounting In the manufacturing industry
