About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our OEM/ODM Cosmetics & Injection Packaging division, based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya. This is a contract position focused on B2B sales, where you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key business clients, whilst presenting our comprehensive range of cosmetics and injection packaging solutions. This role is essential to our growth strategy and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in the beauty and personal care sector.
Key responsibilities Identify and prospect potential B2B clients within the cosmetics and injection packaging industry, developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base Present and demonstrate OEM/ODM solutions to prospective clients, highlighting product specifications, quality standards, and competitive advantages
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring client requirements are met and exceeded Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions Prepare and present detailed quotations, proposals, and technical documentation to clients
Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure client specifications are accurately communicated and deliverables meet agreed standards Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and inform strategic decisions Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress through the CRM system
