Tanggung jawab: Provide financial and operation overview to top management; Create risk model to support business strategic plan; Creating, executing, and evaluating an audit universe based on the risks mapped in the Risk Management process; Provide PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) report for top management to achieve company objectives as planned; Responsible for cascading and reviewing Balanced Scorecard and PDCA to create alignment for entire Corporate and Business Units; Assist Business Units in planning cycle process to achieve Company Annual Target (CAT); Develop business process and Company Guideline or Procedure (SOP, Work Instruction, etc); Responsible for socializing and monitoring the implementation Company Guideline.
