As MonotaRO Indonesia continues to grow rapidly, we're expanding our Corporate Sales team this year! We are looking for a driven Corporate Sales to help develop new corporate accounts, build strong customer relationships, and support our next phase of growth. This position will be based at our Head Office, Wisma KEIAI (Sudirman, Central Jakarta) . Job Descriptions:
Drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business leads through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, professional emailing, and social selling. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve monthly new business acquisition targets and expand our corporate client base. Lead high-impact presentations and meetings with key stakeholders to demonstrate value and secure new business.
Maintain a disciplined approach to sales activity, providing daily reports on outreach volume and weekly strategic work plans. Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments. Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 2 years experience in same positions (Sales/Account Executive). Being able to prioritize your activities and consistently meet targets.
Effective Communication Skills: As a salesperson, you need strong communication skills. This includes active listening, asking for relevant question. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is highly preferred. Experienced in MRO products is a plus.
