Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin aktivitas keuangan perusahaan, termasuk penggalangan dana, pembiayaan, restrukturisasi keuangan, dan transaksi strategis. Tanggung jawab: Lead corporate finance activities, including fundraising, financing, financial structuring, and strategic transactions; Develop financial models, projections, and forecasts to support business planning, investment decisions, and corporate finance initiatives; Analyze financial performance, market trends, and key business drivers; Lead Investor Relations activities and manage relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other key stakeholders; Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, and external disclosures; Support capital markets initiatives and strategic corporate projects; Conduct industry, market, and competitor analysis; Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; 7+ years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role; Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, and accounting; Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; Strong understanding of capital markets, Investor Relations, corporate actions, and strategic corporate finance transactions; Experience in capital markets-related projects is preferred; Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Fluent in English; Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
