Kualifikasi
- 1. Education
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Visual Design, Public Relations, Communications, or any related field
- 2. Technical & Digital Skills Proficiency
- o Design/editing : Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- o Social media management : Hootsuite, Socialinsider, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite
- o Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3. Soft Skills & Attributes
- o Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken), able to speak in english is a must
- o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- o Problem-solving, negotiation, and a detail-oriented mindset
- o Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 4. Additional Requirements
- o Portfolio – Samples of past work (e.g., press releases, social campaigns, internal comms materials)
- 5. Location: Pulo Gadung-Jakarta Timur

Tanggung Jawab
- 1. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs
- Implementing, coordinating, and monitoring CSR initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives
- 2. Corporate Campaign Programs
- Create planning, execution, and tracking of corporate campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- 3. Internal Communications
- Manage corporate internal media, newsletter, intranet management and other internal communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination
- 4. External Communications
- Manage Corporate Communication function to support bussiness activities such as: External media monitoring, Company Magazines, website, etc
- 5. Others
- · To assist Dept.Head in creating plan, implement and monitor CSR activities including Corporate Culture Campain Program
- · Create annual plan and manage marketing communication among the Company in colaboration with Internal Sales Support Department
