Deskripsi pekerjaan
Peran Corporate & Commercial Legal Analyst bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan dukungan hukum terkait urusan korporasi dan komersial perusahaan. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam memastikan setiap transaksi bisnis dan dokumen hukum perusahaan mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku. Tugas utama meliputi penyusunan dan peninjauan dokumen hukum serta perjanjian komersial, koordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait, serta melakukan riset hukum. Analis hukum juga bertugas mengidentifikasi potensi risiko hukum dalam transaksi bisnis dan memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat untuk memitigasi risiko tersebut.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in the preparation and review of legal documents and commercial agreements; Draft and review legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; Provide legal support and coordinate with relevant business units in the implementation and monitoring of contracts; Identify potential legal risks in business transactions and provide appropriate legal recommendations; Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate and commercial activities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate and/or commercial legal matters; Good understanding of corporate law, commercial agreements, and applicable regulations; Strong skills in legal drafting, contract review, and legal research; Good analytical, communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
