Content Specialist

Responsibilities: Content Planning & End-to-End Production: Strategize, plan, and map out the monthly content calendar, and take full charge of the execution including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and uploading. Short-Form Video Specialist: Produce creative and visually appealing short videos using CapCut, VN, or similar mobile editing software.

Creative Copywriting: Craft engaging captions, powerful hooks, and short-form scripts that align with the brand’s identity. Algorithm & Trend Optimization: Leverage social media trends and algorithm insights to increase content reach, engagement, and virality. Growth & Revenue Driven: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing & Sales) to ensure content meets business KPIs, traffic targets, and sales conversion metrics.

Trend Spotting: Keep up with the fast-paced changes in social media features, tools, and consumer behavior. Conversion-Focused Strategy: Build and execute content plans designed to stimulate product interest and drive direct sales. Job Requirements

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a absolute must. At least 2 years of proven experience as a Content Specialist, Content Creator, or a similar role. Mandatory background or solid exposure to the Beauty/Skincare industry.

Strategic Content Planning: Proven ability to map out content calendars, conceptualize themes, and plan video layouts aligned with marketing timelines. Highly skilled in mobile video editing platforms (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush) with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics and seamless transitions.
