Peran ini berada di lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan serba cepat, di mana setiap anggota tim didorong untuk terus belajar, berkembang, dan memberikan dampak nyata bagi pertumbuhan perusahaan. Sebagai Content Creator Staff, Anda akan bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap proses produksi konten dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari perencanaan, pembuatan naskah, pengambilan video, penyuntingan video, hingga penulisan takarir (caption). Selain itu, Anda dituntut untuk aktif mengembangkan ide kreatif yang selaras dengan tujuan brand, mengeksekusi strategi kampanye guna meningkatkan kesadaran merek, memantau hasil konten agar sesuai dengan target, serta senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan tren media sosial terkini.
