• Handling end-to-end content creating for our social media
• Maintain engagement rate by interacting with followers
• Post engaging content daily for social media
• Manage social media content (TikTok & Instagram) from ideation to execution, specifically for employer branding purposes
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos) along with compelling captions that reflect the company’s culture and values
• Develop scripts and storyboards for content production aligned with employer branding strategies
• Schedule and publish content using available tools to ensure consistency
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Employer Branding is a plus
• Have proven experience as Beauty Content Creator (IG, TikTok, Shopee, etc)
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and scripting skills
• Ability to create engaging content for TikTok & Instagram
• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Filmora, or similar)
• Up-to-date with social media trends, insights, and platform algorithms
• Strong creativity with a good sense of visual aesthetics
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with online audiences professionally
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content strategies
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines
• Target-driven and comfortable working with performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
