We are urgently seeking additional team members to support our auditing and assessment operations in construction projects. This role will be responsible for conducting technical audits, project assessments, and quality evaluations to ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct site audits and assessments for ongoing construction projects; Review and evaluate project progress, construction quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications; Identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential risks in construction execution; Prepare detailed audit reports, findings, and recommendations for project improvement; Assess material quality, workmanship, and construction methods across architectural, civil, and MEP works; Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams regarding audit findings and corrective actions; Ensure project execution complies with technical requirements, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks; Support handover inspections and defect management processes; Provide technical analysis and recommendations to improve project quality and efficiency; Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), or related field; Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, site supervision, quality control, auditing, or project assessment; Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, technical drawings, and project execution; Able to review and assess architectural, structural, and MEP works; Detail-oriented with strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills; Strong communication and coordination skills; Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Able to work independently and conduct site visits as required; Proficient in AutoCAD and project documentation tools is preferred; Experience in defect management and project quality inspection is a strong advantage.
