PT ATW Group Indonesia merupakan sebuah holding company yang menaungi berbagai unit bisnis lintas sektor industri. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan seluruh operasional perusahaan mematuhi regulasi hukum, kebijakan internal, serta standar kepatuhan yang berlaku melalui pemantauan rutin, analisis kesenjangan, dan pengelolaan dokumentasi perizinan yang akurat.
Tanggung jawab: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Accounting , or a related field; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or a related field; Good understanding of applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and internal procedures; Ability to conduct compliance monitoring, compliance reviews, and gap analysis across multiple business units; Familiar with regulatory monitoring, licensing, permits, and compliance documentation; Ability to prepare compliance reports, findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans; Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and Word; Strong administrative and documentation skills; Willing to travel and conduct compliance monitoring visits to subsidiaries/business units when required.
Kualifikasi: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; Good ability to research, interpret, and monitor changes in laws and regulations; Able to identify potential compliance risks and provide appropriate recommendations; Strong communication and coordination skills with various levels of management and business units; Able to monitor and follow up on corrective actions and compliance findings; High level of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and professionalism; Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-business environment; Experience in holding companies, multi-site operations, or multiple business industries is a plus; Knowledge of ISO standards, internal audit, risk management, or GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) is a plus; Experience working across different industries such as manufacturing, garment, fisheries, or other industrial sectors is an advantage; Interested candidates can also reach out to us via the email address or phone number below: Email: career@atw-corp.com Whatsapp: 085113077972.
