Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Min 5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of payroll administration, employee compensation, benefits management, labor regulations, BPJS administration. Proven experience in handling end-to-end payroll processes, including regular and irregular payroll, incentive schemes, bonuses, THR, expatriate payroll, and payroll reconciliation. Expertise with HRIS, Payroll systems such as Talenta Mekari (Andal, Sunfish, GreatDay, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Coretax, E-SPT, SIPP BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and Edabu BPJS Kesehatan and Indonesian taxation (PPh 21)).

Strong analytical skills with experience in personnel cost management, salary structure analysis, manpower budgeting, and labor cost forecasting. Knowledge of payroll accounting, journal entries, financial reconciliation, and payroll-related reporting. Experience in managing employee benefits programs, insurance administration, pension funds (DPLK), and actuarial data coordination (PSAK 24).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll data analysis. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, Tax, and external parties.
