Job Objective: To support the administration of employee travel arrangements and employee benefits, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, compliance with company policies, and timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Core Responsibilities:
Travel Arrangement Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers Coordinate and process accomodation ticket bookings for employees and management
Ensure all travel bookings comply with company travel policies, procedures and budget. Monitor travel schedules. Administration & Documentation
Prepare and maintain travel records and supporting documents. Verify travel requests and ensure approval processes are completed before booking. Maintain records of travel expenses and supporting invoices.
Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and reconciliation. Prepare monthly reports on travel expenses and booking activities Employee Administration & Benefits Support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports in a timely and organized manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Attention to detail in documentation and administration
- Ability to ensure accuracy in bookings, employee information, invoices, and supporting documents
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
