Compensation Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities 1. According to the company's compensation and benefits system, collect information on compensation and benefits both inside and outside the company, be responsible for the company's compensation and benefits calculation and distribution work, and ensure the smooth implementation of the company's compensation and benefits management work; 2. Responsible for calculating the salary adjustment quota of the business department; 3. Responsible for verifying the performance award of the business department and formulating other various bonus distribution rules and calculations;

4. Provide regular salary data analysis for the business department to provide a basis for the department's salary planning; 5. Assist the leader in completing the collection and analysis of salary information. Requirements 1. 1-3 years of working experience 2. Bachelor Degree 3. Proficient in English and Mandarin
