Community Officer di Skystar Ventures, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola kebutuhan penyewa Coworking Space dan mendukung aktivitas pemasaran. Peran ini melibatkan pengelolaan kemitraan strategis dengan bisnis atau komunitas untuk mempromosikan ruang kerja, serta merencanakan dan melaksanakan acara untuk membangun kesadaran publik dan kolaborasi antar anggota komunitas.
Tanggung jawab: Manage strategic partnerships with business or communities; Plan and execute events and activities to build public awareness and foster collaboration; Manage and handle the needs of Skystar Ventures Coworking Space tenants; Support marketing activities by assisting with visits from potential tenants, lead follow-ups, and local partnerships; Facilitate onboarding of new members through introductions, orientation sessions, and guidance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor degree; 1-2 year of relevant experience; Strong relationship management skills with experience in tenant relations; Proven experience organizing engaging events and building active communities; Creative, proactive, and community-oriented; Strong interest in business, startups, and marketing; Excellent English communication skills.
