This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the Company's commercial activities, including customer relationship management, business development, tender processes, contract administration, and ensuring the achievement of commercial targets and service standards Supervise and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Ensure that all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints are handled effectively, professionally, and in a timely manner.

Lead and support commercial negotiations, including contract preparation, amendments, and discussions regarding service scope with customers. Review and coordinate the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. Coordinate with relevant departments (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and others) to ensure customer and project requirements are properly fulfilled.

Manage and develop strategic customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities to increase company revenue. Oversee the implementation of marketing and communication activities that support the achievement of the Company's commercial objectives. Identify tender opportunities, evaluate tender documents, and coordinate the preparation and submission of tender proposals in accordance with applicable requirements and deadlines.

Ensure that all commercial documents, contracts, project reports, and related records are maintained accurately, completely, and properly documented. Represent the Commercial Department in meetings, audits, clarifications, negotiations, and project discussions with customers and external parties. Monitor project execution from a commercial perspective and ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in accordance with agreed terms.

Prepare periodic commercial activity and performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement to management. Coach, guide, and evaluate the performance of Commercial Staff to ensure operational effectiveness and achievement of departmental objectives. Support the Commercial Manager or Head of Commercial in business strategy development, customer retention initiatives, and continuous improvement of departmental processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Commercial, Business Development, Sales Support, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience leading or coordinating a team is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of tender processes, proposal preparation, and commercial contract administration.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills.
