Commercial Executive - Nickel Trading (Mandarin Speaker)

Possess a solid understanding of bulk commodity trading concepts, particularly in nickel and coal, and be able to independently handle various operational and business-related issues in a proactive and efficient manner. Prepare initial contract drafts, follow up on contract execution and signing processes, and provide timely updates and reports to management. Review sales and purchase contracts and prepare billing calculations and invoices in accordance with contractual terms.

Handle fund request processes related to business operations and trading activities. Collect, organize, and maintain business department data, including monitoring specific accounts receivable and accounts payable. Coordinate and communicate effectively between the business department and other departments, particularly the Finance Department.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management within the required timeframe. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with proficiency in English and/or Mandarin, both written and spoken. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline; educational background in Science or Engineering will be an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a business-related role; experience in bulk commodity trading is highly preferred. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible in completing assigned tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
