Posisi ini bekerja di perusahaan konstruksi yang berlokasi di PIK, Jakarta. Peran ini berfokus pada pengelolaan kontrak komersial, administrasi kontrak, dan manajemen proyek untuk memastikan kepatuhan serta efisiensi komersial dalam proyek konstruksi atau EPC.
Tanggung jawab: Mengelola administrasi kontrak dan manajemen komersial; Menangani Variation Orders (VO), klaim, dan aplikasi pembayaran; Melakukan negosiasi kontrak; Mengelola dokumentasi proyek.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related position in the construction/EPC industry; Strong understanding of construction contracts, contract administration, commercial management, and project documentation; Experience in Variation Orders (VO), claims, payment applications, and contract negotiations is preferred; Proficient in English, both spoken and written; Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Candidates with previous experience in Chinese-funded construction companies are preferred; Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
