Collection Trainer (Yogyakarta)

Job description: Job Responsibilities Develop and update collection training materials, SOPs, and product knowledge.

Deliver onboarding and refresher training for Collection teams. Conduct coaching and provide feedback to improve collection performance. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvement plans.

Support the team in handling complex collection cases. Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations. Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Collection Trainer or in Collection Training. Strong knowledge of collection processes, techniques, and regulations.

Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills. Able to analyze performance and provide effective coaching. Collection or training-related certifications are an advantage.
