Collection Management Specialist bertugas untuk memantau aktivitas dan kinerja penagihan regional berdasarkan metrik utama, menghitung rasio produktivitas, serta mengevaluasi komposisi tim untuk mendukung tujuan operasional perusahaan di industri pembiayaan. Tanggung jawab harian meliputi monitoring metrik Delq 30+, NO OD, dan Cashcoll, menganalisis produktivitas Field Collector di wilayah Jawa maupun luar Jawa, merancang program pengembangan bagi karyawan penagihan, serta memastikan pelaporan data penagihan berjalan akurat sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor regional Collection activities and performance against key metrics, including Delq 30+, NO OD, and Cashcoll; Calculate Collection Productivity Ratios and analyze Field Collector (FE) productivity metrics for both Java and Non-Java regions; Evaluate and determine optimal Collection team workforce composition to support operational goals; Plan and design development programs for Collection employees to enhance team performance and meet company targets; Maintain accurate data reporting on collection processes and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
