About the role PT GIK TECH BERJAYA INDONESIA is seeking a Clerk Warehouse to join our warehouse, storage and distribution team in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. As Clerk Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing documentation, inventory records, and administrative tasks that ensure smooth warehouse processes and support the broader logistics objectives of our organisation. Key responsibilities
Processing and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation, including receiving, storage and dispatching records Recording inventory movements and updating warehouse management systems with precise data entry Preparing and organising shipment documents, including bills of lading, packing lists and delivery notes
Assisting with stock reconciliation and conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy Coordinating with warehouse staff to track incoming and outgoing goods Filing and retrieving warehouse documentation in an organised and systematic manner
Providing administrative support to warehouse supervisors and logistics teams Monitoring warehouse compliance with standard operating procedures and safety requirements Communicating with customers and internal departments regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
What we're looking for 3 years of experience in relevant position Strong proficiency in data entry and warehouse management systems or inventory software
