The Cleaning Service Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, and optimizing the entire cleaning operations of the company. This role involves leading an operational team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all assigned facilities. The manager acts as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring that all service level agreements are met with maximum efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing manpower distribution, shift scheduling, and inventory control of cleaning chemicals and equipment. The manager is also tasked with quality assurance through routine audits, staff training and mentorship, and the preparation of comprehensive operational reports to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, manage, and supervise end-to-end cleaning operations; Optimize shift schedules, manpower distribution, and site allocations; Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards (HSE); Conduct routine quality audits and site inspections; Manage inventory, consumption, and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies; Act as the primary liaison for clients and management; Handle inquiries and complaints promptly; Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance; Prepare comprehensive operational reports, performance evaluations, and administrative documentations.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Environmental Health, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Cleaning Service Manager or equivalent role; Prior experience at PT ISS Indonesia is highly preferred; Strong knowledge of professional cleaning standards, chemical handling, and specialized cleaning machinery; Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and institutional clients; Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and decisive leadership; Certification from the National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) is a strong advantage.
