CLAY Bali adalah restoran dan lounge premium di Ubud yang mengusung konsep terinspirasi dari Jalur Sutra, elemen api, bumi, dan keramahan hangat. Kami mencari Cleaner atau Cleaning Staff yang berdedikasi untuk menjaga standar kebersihan tinggi yang menjadi bagian esensial dari layanan premium kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab menjaga kebersihan seluruh area restoran, termasuk ruang makan, lounge, area tamu, hingga area staf. Peran ini menuntut kedisiplinan dalam mengikuti jadwal pembersihan, penggunaan bahan kimia pembersih secara aman, serta memastikan setiap sudut restoran tetap rapi, higienis, dan nyaman bagi tamu maupun karyawan.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout all restaurant areas; Perform daily cleaning of guest areas, dining rooms, lounge areas, corridors, and entrances; Clean and maintain guest restrooms throughout operating hours; Ensure restrooms are always clean, dry, fresh, and fully stocked with necessary supplies; Clean floors, walls, windows, mirrors, doors, and other surfaces; Regularly check and clean high-contact areas such as door handles, railings, and furniture; Remove dust from furniture, decorations, shelves, and interior elements; Clean and maintain outdoor areas, terraces, and restaurant entrances; Collect, separate, and dispose of waste according to restaurant procedures; Replace trash bags and maintain cleanliness around waste collection areas; Monitor and refill restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and hand towels; Maintain cleanliness of staff areas, changing rooms, and designated back-of-house spaces; Perform scheduled deep cleaning of assigned areas; Support cleaning before opening, during service, and after closing; Respond quickly to spills, dirt, and urgent cleaning requests; Maintain cleanliness without disturbing guests or restaurant operations; Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment; Follow safety instructions when handling cleaning products; Store cleaning equipment and supplies in designated areas; Report damaged furniture, equipment, plumbing issues, or maintenance problems to management; Monitor cleaning supply levels and report when additional products are required; Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists; Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning storage areas; Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team during operating hours; Support additional cleaning tasks when required.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeping Staff, Public Area Attendant, or similar position is preferred; Experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, villas, or premium hospitality establishments is an advantage; Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards; Knowledge of basic cleaning products, tools, and equipment; Ability to clean different surfaces and materials safely; Strong attention to detail; Ability to maintain cleanliness during busy restaurant operations; Good organizational and time-management skills; Ability to follow cleaning schedules and checklists; Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
